Hi—I’m Sean Norton, an Irish clinical psychologist with a strong commitment to helping people understand themselves better and live with more clarity and meaning.
I’ve worked in psychiatric settings, supporting people through high-risk suicidal crises and self-injury. That experience taught me that even in the hardest moments there can still be room for growth, understanding and rebuilding.
